Hey everyone,

I’m writing this to you today to inform you of some changes to my plans for Sythe and the company as a whole.

When I first founded Sythe, it was only a simple product. A Chrome extension, that auto-fills your information on a variety of websites, ranging from major online retailers to Google Forms. The development process for our current version was relatively short and I was able to do it by myself for the most part. Since our launch in May, the staff team and I have enjoyed providing our software to you all in the reselling community, and we’ve had tons of amazing experiences and memories. We really could not be more grateful and appreciative of your support.

From the start, ever since I started getting into computer science and leering into the world of software development, I’ve wanted to build something big. I know my vision may disappoint and even anger many of you, but I firmly believe that Sythe can do amazing things that we couldn’t have imagined when we began 7 months ago.

My vision for Sythe is to be one of the major SaaS technology companies in the world, rivaling perhaps the likes of Grammarly and others. More specifically, we want to expand outside of our current niche and community and make our software useful and meaningful for everyone. If you’re thinking right now, this dude is out of his mind, I can totally understand that sentiment. You’re probably also thinking, isn’t Sythe just some stupid Chrome extension for bot restocks that only works decently on Shopify? Once again, I can completely understand where you’re coming from.

You might be thinking, so Sythe is finished? That’s it??? I can assure you that for the time being, we are not done in the slightest bit, but only getting started. We will continue to do what our goal has always been — to provide software that improves your life. We will continue to provide various helpers and tools for many of your favorite websites and online retailers. In fact, we will continue to have a specialized team specifically for our cherished community.

My aim is not to lose the appeal of you guys, the reselling community, but to expand beyond the reselling landscape. I am confident that what we have envisioned is scalable far beyond our amazing community. It’s not going to be a magical overnight change. Absolutely not — it will take many defeats and require the utmost determination and strategic planning.

The fact of the matter is, unlike many sneaker bot companies that I have observed during my time here, I truly believe that Sythe has potential untapped outside of the community. And yes, we are aware that it’s never easy to expand a niche product into other markets.

Once again, I understand many of you are skeptical. I am well aware that what I have set in front of me is a daunting and challenging task. It will likely take years. It will take many so-called “failures” and losses. I’m going to absolutely agree with you if you think I’m crazy.

However, I am confident that with hard work, a team that doubles as a family, and smart business decisions, we will be able to improve our quality of service drastically and provide an amazing experience for our customers. For now, our product will remain free of charge to our customers, as we embark on this journey. The amazing staff members here at Sythe want to thank you as well for your continued support and we could not be more optimistic about what we’ll bring to you guys in the future.
